About Us
We see our work as a mission
ConBlack s.r.o. is a partner for doing business in international trade. The aim of the cooperation is to reduce risks in processes related to customs matters in both imports and exports. This area is highly complex and runs through the entire commercial and production process. The risks are known and it is clear where to look.
Companies are guided from the very beginning, when they decide to take processes related to customs matters into their own hands, so that they have their own data under control and are not dependent on external customs brokers.
Revisions of existing data related to customs matters are provided:
Customs classification of goods is a very specific discipline and affects the amount of duties paid on imports, as well as whether goods fall under additional restrictive measures such as CBAM, EUDR, and various types of licences and permits.
CBAM is a speciality and has almost become a passion. Not for the regulation itself, but for the process through which companies can truly be helped and their real costs quantified with a view to the future. With this support, CBAM can be handled without fear.
Companies are guided from the very beginning, such as registration in customs administration portals and obtaining access to European portals, setting up internal processes, and fine-tuning external processes.
Management of customs data, administration of supplier declarations, calculation of preferential origin of goods, and archiving of related documents are ensured.
The founder and sole owner of the company, Kateřina Černá, after 20 years working in several multinational companies as a logistics manager and Trade Compliance specialist, went freelance in 2021 and began applying her expertise as an external consultant.
In May 2025, as a result of circumstances and business growth, ConBlack s.r.o. was established as another milestone on a successful journey, when the customer portfolio expanded and it became necessary to accept the fact that she not only no longer wanted to do everything alone, but also could not.
And so in July 2025 the first employee and colleague, Zdeněk Bradna, joined the company. In the middle of his career he worked as a customs officer and head of the Rokycany branch of the customs administration, and subsequently spent almost 15 years as a sales representative for a major manufacturer of cable technology. His knowledge in the field of customs classification is a great asset, and his familiarity with the manufacturing environment is an essential part of the work.
And as the icing on the cake, there is an in-house cloud application available for managing data related to customs matters and Trade Compliance, called PREFCOO. This cloud solution provides space for everything that does not fit into an ERP system, including document archiving for each individual item.
In PREFCOO it is easy to manage customs classification not only according to TARIC, but also according to HTSUS and other countries. Automated management of long-term supplier declarations is every buyer’s dream. And once all this is set up in PREFCOO, it is enough to upload the bill of materials of a manufactured item and PREFCOO will calculate whether the product meets the conditions for preferential origin or not.
